Teens are invited to join us at The Ninja Gym for a special Intro to Ninja Training program with our Local Business Spotlight of the Month!

Led by experienced ninja coaches, this hands-on session introduces participants to agility drills, grip-strength fundamentals, and obstacle-course skills using the gym’s full obstacle course. It’s a fun, supportive opportunity to challenge themselves, build confidence, and experience what ninja training is all about.
Participants should wear comfortable athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes. This event is designed for ages 10-17. Space is limited, and registration is required. 


About the Presenter 
The Ninja Gym is a locally operated children’s fitness and recreation center in Collierville, Tennessee, known for its expert coaching, flexible class offerings, and supportive community. Through fun, obstacle-based training, The Ninja Gym helps children and teens build strength, coordination, confidence, discipline, and determination in an encouraging environment. Its experienced coaching team is dedicated to helping youth of all ages develop a love of fitness while learning how to overcome challenges both on the course and in everyday life. Coaches hold certifications that include SPOTTED Level 1 and 2 Ninja Coach and UNAA Master Ninja Coach credentials. To learn more visit https://theninjagym.net/
