This event will be presented by Tonya Wales, Executive Director of Baptist Home Care and Hospice and a licensed Social Worker. Driven by a passion for helping our most vulnerable community members, Tonya has dedicated over 20 years to Long-term Care, Hospice, and Home Health. Her experience spans direct patient care and management roles.
A respected leader in her field, Tonya serves as a Board Member for both the Professional Network on Aging and Memory Makers of the MidSouth. In 2018, she was honored as Caregiver of the Year. As an active participant in the Women in Senior Healthcare group, she engages in panel discussions and speaks to various audiences about patient and family care.
Tonya is a well-known speaker in the Memphis area, focusing on the well-being of patients and their families. This October, she will also be featured on the Library Channel show Senior Focus. Join us to gain valuable insights from her extensive experience and expertise!

The Lucius E. and Elsie C. Burch, Jr. Library serves the Town of Collierville as an information hub offering materials and programming for all ages, three 4-person study rooms, and a 40-person meeting room. It sits in a beautiful location in Halle Park near Collierville Town Hall.
