A beginner UI/UX course presented by Felicia Phillips.
Interested in a career in tech but don't want to code? UI/UX design is the perfect path for you! This four-week workshop is the perfect place to begin. You'll get hands-on experience with the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and testing. Workshop sessions will take place on Sundays, October 5, 12, 19, and 26, 2025. Registrants should plan to attend all sessions. Please plan to bring your own laptop or an iPad with Apple Pencil with you each week.

About the Presenter
Felicia Phillips is a product designer based in Memphis, Tennessee. She earned her design degree from the University of Illinois and completed the Code Crew Software Development Bootcamp. With over three years of experience in design and web development, she enjoys creating digital experiences that are engaging and user-friendly. Her skills include UX/UI design, front-end development, and problem-solving. Felicia is passionate about helping students turn their ideas into impactful products and is dedicated to fostering creativity and confidence in aspiring designers and developers as they navigate the ever-evolving tech landscape.

The Lucius E. and Elsie C. Burch, Jr. Library serves the Town of Collierville as an information hub offering materials and programming for all ages, three 4-person study rooms, and a 40-person meeting room. It sits in a beautiful location in Halle Park near Collierville Town Hall.
