Tunes & Tales with MSO Percussion brings Zack's Brown Stripes to life with music and story. Saturday, Feb 7 at 11 a.m. in the Storytelling Room. Ages 3-8. No registration. Craft while supplies last.
Experience storytime with an extra dose of rhythm at Tunes & Tales with the Memphis Symphony Orchestra Percussion! Musicians from the MSO will bring Zack’s Brown Stripes by Thomas Denson to life with lively musical accompaniment as the story is read aloud. When young zebra Zack wakes up to find his familiar brown stripes are missing, his day turns into a curious and sometimes confusing adventure of self-discovery and growing up. Full of humor, heart, and playful sounds, this interactive program is perfect for children ages 3–8 and their families. The fun continues after the story with a small themed craft while supplies last. Saturday, February 7, 2026 at 11 a.m. in the Storytelling Room. No registration required. Open until capacity is reached.

The Lucius E. and Elsie C. Burch, Jr. Library serves the Town of Collierville as an information hub offering materials and programming for all ages, three 4-person study rooms, and a 40-person meeting room. It sits in a beautiful location in Halle Park near Collierville Town Hall.
