In this workshop, Gwendolyn Tucker uses Who Moved My Cheese? by Spencer Johnson as a lens to explore how we respond to change and what those responses reveal about our capacity to adapt.
Starting a new chapter can feel unsettling, especially when the shift wasn’t part of the plan. Some changes barrel into our lives without warning—job loss, grief, sudden transitions—while others arrive right on schedule but still manage to shake us, like a child leaving for college or stepping back into the workforce after time away. No matter the source, change can leave us suspended between what was and what’s next.
In this workshop, Gwendolyn uses Who Moved My Cheese? by Dr. Spencer Johnson as a lens to explore how we respond to change and what those responses reveal about our capacity to adapt. Together, we’ll unpack practical lessons for navigating transition with more confidence, clarity, and resilience—so you can land on your feet. And even if you find yourself on your backside, you’ll leave knowing you can always get back up and begin again.
