Get ready to dig deep and discover the wonders beneath our feet with Mr. Bond’s Science Guys: Journey to the Center of the Earth! Join us on Saturday, May 30, 2026 from 10:30–11:15 a.m. in the Storytelling Room for an exciting, interactive science adventure.
Travel from outer space all the way to Earth’s core as you explore the forces and conditions that make life on our planet possible. Through hands-on demonstrations and engaging experiments, you’ll learn about planetary motion, the elements, changes over time, and even volcanic eruptions.
This program is best for ages 5 - 10.
No registration required. Open until capacity is reached.
About the Presenter:
The Science Guys of Nashville is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making science fun, exciting, and accessible for all children. Through hands-on STEM programs, camps, and community events, they spark curiosity and inspire young learners to explore chemistry, physics, engineering, and more through engaging, interactive experiences.

The Lucius E. and Elsie C. Burch, Jr. Library serves the Town of Collierville as an information hub offering materials and programming for all ages, three 4-person study rooms, and a 40-person meeting room. It sits in a beautiful location in Halle Park near Collierville Town Hall.
