Take a meaningful step toward peace of mind!
In honor of National Mental Health Awareness Month, join us for Letting Go of Emotional Clutter, a thoughtful and engaging talk led by Jeri Kay Battles (LPC-MHSP) from MyMemphisTherapist Counseling and Consulting, LLC. This program will explore how emotional clutter—such as anxiety, grudges, and self-doubt—can weigh us down and impact our mental health and overall well-being.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or simply looking to create more mental clarity, this program is designed to help you better understand the weight we carry and how to release it. The goal is for every participant to walk away with meaningful tools to clear mental space and focus on healthier emotional states.
