About the Presenter
Founded and owned by Collierville resident Maggie Emerson, Maroon Brew Co. is a 100% female and mom—owned brewery and brewpub with a strong community focus. Alongside her husband Gerald and the MBC team, Maggie serves up locally inspired craft beers paired with gourmet hot dogs, smash burgers, chicken, and shareable plates.
Every aspect of Maroon Brew Co., from its name to its beer selection and community partnerships, celebrates Collierville. The brewery proudly supports local sports teams, schools, and charities, and even features “Loni’s Lemonade,” created by Maggie’s daughter, with proceeds donated monthly to local nonprofits. Recognized as a Green-Minded Business by the Collierville Environmental Council, Maroon Brew Co. is more than a place to enjoy great beer, it’s a family-friendly gathering spot built for and by the community.
