Bully Busting Seminar for Kids

Give your child practical tools to handle bullying with confidence and respect. In this engaging, one-hour seminar, Sensei Wendy Cohen guides kids through role-playing, assertiveness practice, and beginner-friendly self-defense skills in a supportive, encouraging setting. Children will learn how to set boundaries, stay aware of their surroundings, and respond calmly and safely in challenging situations.
Led by Sensei Wendy Cohen of MidSouth Okinawan Karate, a 5th Degree Blackbelt with over 35 years of experience, this class blends confidence-building with age-appropriate karate techniques focused on safety and self-protection. No prior martial arts experience is needed. Comfortable clothing encouraged.
