Storytelling RoomCelebrate the joy of reading with stories, songs, and a special ceremony honoring children who have completed 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten! Everyone is welcome. Light refreshments provided.
Come celebrate the joy of reading at our 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten Completion Ceremony! We'll kick things off with a fun storytime featuring books, songs, and plenty of opportunities to celebrate the magic of reading together.
Following storytime, we'll honor the children who have completed the 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten challenge with a special completion ceremony recognizing their hard work and dedication to early literacy. Light refreshments will be served after the ceremony.
Everyone is welcome to join us for this special celebration! Children who have completed the 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program will receive a special invitation by email.
Join us on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 10:30–11:15 a.m. in the Storytelling Room.

The Lucius E. and Elsie C. Burch, Jr. Library serves the Town of Collierville as an information hub offering materials and programming for all ages, three 4-person study rooms, and a 40-person meeting room. It sits in a beautiful location in Halle Park near Collierville Town Hall.
