This session explores how clarity in messaging and positioning shapes customer perception long before the first interaction. Attendees will learn practical ways to better communicate what they do, differentiate themselves, and eliminate the confusion that often limits growth. The session is designed to be accessible, practical, and immediately applicable for business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, and anyone interested in how businesses connect with their audiences.
Presented byJeffrey White, the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Myndshift, a Memphis-based creative agency. Jeffrey helps organizations clarify their messaging and positioning to drive growth. He is also the author of Your Brand Is Your Business. Teens and Adults welcome. Thursday, October 1, 6:00-7:00 p.m. Halle Room. Registration required.

The Lucius E. and Elsie C. Burch, Jr. Library serves the Town of Collierville as an information hub offering materials and programming for all ages, three 4-person study rooms, and a 40-person meeting room. It sits in a beautiful location in Halle Park near Collierville Town Hall.
