Cookie Decorating Class with Canela Bites

Halle Meeting RoomEnjoy a hands-on cookie decorating class led by Canela Bites! There is a $30 cost per person. Open to youth entering grades 6 - 12.
Get creative in the kitchen with this hands-on cookie decorating class featuring dinosaur-themed designs. Led by Canela Bites, participants will learn decorating techniques and bring prehistoric cookies to life using icing, color, and detail. All supplies and instruction will be provided. Participants will leave with their own set of four decorated cookies and new skills to try at home! This program is open to youth entering grades 6 through 12. We will meet on Saturday, June 6 from 1 to 3 p.m. in the Halle Meeting Room. Registration is required and will open on Saturday, May 23, 2026.
There is a $30 cost per person. Payment is required by May 30 to confirm your spot. All payments are non-refundable. Please include the attendee's name in the payment note when completed.

About Canela Bites
Fernanda Gutierrez is the founder of Canela Bites, a local bakery celebrated for its artisanal, Latin-inspired pastries and beautifully handcrafted sugar cookies. A food chemistry engineer with a deep love for baking, she blends science and creativity to bring authentic flavors and artistic flair to every treat. Originally from Mexico, Fernanda started Canela Bites after moving to the U.S. and missing the comforting tastes of home. What began as baking cookies for a baby shower soon grew into a thriving business, fueled by community support and her passion for sharing meaningful, delicious creations.
