Elspeth Gregorsdóttir is a local fantasy author, registered nurse, and mother whose works blends lyrical fantasy with emotionally-driven story-telling. Her debut novel, The Drowned Queen, launched The Astral Queen series, a romantic trilogy centered around shadow magic, vengeful gods, and the complicated ways people survive loss.
When she isn’t writing, she works as a certified nurse case manager, advocating for underserved members of the government healthcare system. She is a life-long Memphian—graduated from Overton High School in 2010, a participant of the CAPA optional school program in Creative Writing—and she lives in Midtown with her husband, daughter, and their ever-growing collection of animals.
Maddie Kay is a fantasy content creator, veteran cosplayer, and convention panelist with over 15 years in fandom spaces. She has appeared as a guest speaker, emcee, and panelist as more than 25 conventions across the United States.
She is best known online for her web shows and discussions surrounding George R. R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire series and its television adaptations. A life-long enthusiast, her favorite novel is Deathless by Catherynne M. Valente.

The Lucius E. and Elsie C. Burch, Jr. Library serves the Town of Collierville as an information hub offering materials and programming for all ages, three 4-person study rooms, and a 40-person meeting room. It sits in a beautiful location in Halle Park near Collierville Town Hall.
