Have you ever wanted to brush up on your cooking skills? Now is your chance! Join us in the Halle Room for a cooking demonstration presented by Cymone Merritt with UT Extension Family & Consumer Science. Enjoy learning how to make black bean quesadillas and taste a sample of your handiwork at the end. We will meet in the Halle Meeting Room from 4 - 5 p.m. for this activity. For youth entering grades 6 - 12. Registration is required and will open on May 29, 2025.

The Lucius E. and Elsie C. Burch, Jr. Library serves the Town of Collierville as an information hub offering materials and programming for all ages, three 4-person study rooms, and a 40-person meeting room. It sits in a beautiful location in Halle Park near Collierville Town Hall.
