Are you like an elephant? Join us for a fun and interactive program with The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 from 1:30–2:30 p.m. to find out!
We’ll start with a hands-on activity exploring what elephants eat, including some of their favorite treats. Then, we’ll virtually connect with an educator from The Elephant Sanctuary to learn more about these amazing animals. Would an elephant make a good pet? How are elephants like us, and how are they different?
Get ready to move as we flap our “ears” and stretch our “trunks” to compare our bodies to an elephant’s. Along the way, participants will discover why elephants have such big ears and long noses, and why they need special care.
Best for youth in rising Pre-K–1. Registration required.
