Get ready for laughs, magic, and plenty of balloon creations with Marty Boone, The Balloonman! Join us on Friday, July 17, 2026, starting at 6:00 p.m. in the Storytelling Room for a high-energy show packed with comedy, storytelling, and audience participation.
Marty’s interactive performance will feature magic tricks, balloon art for everyone, and lots of chances for kids to get involved. With help from audience volunteers, this lively program keeps kids engaged while showing how reading can spark creativity and imagination.
Best for youth in rising grades 1–5. Registration required.
Please note: This program takes place after library hours. Participants should arrive before the library closes at 6:00 p.m. Staff will monitor the entrance and admit registered attendees until 6:05 p.m., after which the doors will be locked. Once the library closes, staff will not be available to answer phones or check out library materials.
About the Presenter:
Marty Boone is a professional balloon artist and magician with more than 30 years of experience. A performer on America’s Got Talent and one of Arkansas’s top entertainers, he brings a unique mix of humor, creativity, and audience interaction to events across the region.

The Lucius E. and Elsie C. Burch, Jr. Library serves the Town of Collierville as an information hub offering materials and programming for all ages, three 4-person study rooms, and a 40-person meeting room. It sits in a beautiful location in Halle Park near Collierville Town Hall.
